[Enduring Souls is no longer a player killing church!]
Due to what we and many others consider flaws in the PK system, Enduring Souls has untoggled its PK status out of protest, and will not be re-toggled until the system has become more fair.
We [i]will[/i] be toggled again, and it will only happen [i]once[/i].
We will also not be accepting any new members during our time of non-PK. If you were too good to join a PK church, then you're not good enough for us now.

Well now that there are no pk churches, maybe someone will do something. I realize it wasnt a discussed thing between the two churches but I for one as a rep of CoP thank you for joining us in this…

What exactly are you protesting and how is that a protest? You were the only PK church. *shrug* guess it is now declared that you won't be pk'ing another church? :wink:

The PK system has very few flaws to it. Most of the PK issues deal with unbalanced races, and the fact that almost every remort race gets nothing special (dragons are an exception, with the ability to use a 2 handed weapon in 1 hand). Somewhere on this board is a post that Durron/Kongol had that talks about this a little more in detail.

Don't forget attack spells! Race balance and spell damages are importants things to look into.

Fights are too short. :( Not with mobs.. those are fine…way fine. >_< PvP fights are too short lived, though, for my taste. Just me.

i agree with cata. fights shouldn't last 20 minutes, but they should last at least 3\. when you attack someone who is about even with you in every way, and it lasts 30 seconds, it's just no fun. also, i think that spells should cast a bid faster when you're fighting pvp. not necessarily heal/cure spells, but offensive spells, so people don't just spam circle during a fight, but actually throw some fireballs and such. and we need more ice spells. 'specially the wizard, who i understand is supposed to be very elemental-magic oriented.

Indeedly, they should. Sorcerers, as i understand it, are pk-oriented sorta classes, so should get a freezing spell, with an effect like web, but with some cold damage thrown in for kicks. maybe extra length on minotaurs/hell barons.

extra length? And correct me if I'm wrong.. but freezing would be paralysis. :P
