I dont think you should be able to shoot players from NPK.

Unless they ARE [PK] or IN pk themselves. Now, I do think that if two people are in different pk rooms BUT there is a non-pk room between them, that it should not work IF either is non-[PK]. For [PK]ers, there has to be a SAFE room between them to stop it.
