[s]In olc.c, at or around line 1857, perhaps the minimum level should be changed to MAX_LEVEL - 5, rather than 4, so that any immortal assigned to helpfiles can use the editor (since it has its own security/builder requirements).
This would allow Kraphin to do his job without needing to be promoted, as even with the command granted (via addcommand), it would still deny him access. There may be other parts of hedit that also have level requirements, but I haven't looked into that or the potential need to lower them.[/s]
