To start, here's the base and secondary stat list, wasn't sure how to set it in a diagram, but I hope it's understandable.

Since my insomnia is killing me I thought I'd show you what I had in mind. Take a look at this quick sketch I generated using chemdraw, just because it has all kinds of arrows and things.
I recomend when doing large design work with many factors like you are doing to lay out things like this graphically for yourself so you can pull everything together into a big picture. Here you see the seven base stats and what they influence, with physical atts on the left and mental on the right.
Putting it like this shows you stuff that you might not be able to get real quick out of a text file. For example you can see that intelligence is the most important stat, with 4 branches, and charisma the most under utilized with 1.
Feel free to add to this, modify it, steal it or whatever - just wanted to post up a quick example to give you some ideas 8)
