Exp gained doesn't roll over to next level

Summary: Experience gained from massive kills or awards doesn't roll over to the next level. For example, if you have 100 exp TNL and get a 10,000 exp kill, you only get the 100 exp - the remaining 9,900 is not applied to your next level.
Documentation: None necesarry, this can be fixed with some fairly simple recursion once I get the chance.
