Here is the log of the public meeting held 12/28/06. It's rather long and unformatted, a summary will be posted later.

I kinda skimmed the first part of it but then the newborn woke up so I don't know if it was solved yet.
If you were to let higher level players into the newbie area. Make it so they had to go in with absolutely NOTHING, not even a single silver piece on them. Then make it so they can only walk around and talk not fight anything. Solves the problem of higher levels hooking lower levels up and also keeps higher levels who choose to be assholes from slaughtering everything in site to keep the newbies in the area longer.
