Here's just a few skills and spells I have in mind for the Necromancer and Adept class. Feel free to add any ideas of your own.
Necromancer-
Enfeebling Touch - Skill: Pass a random negative status effect to the person you're fighting.
Price of Failure - Spell/Negative Status Effect: Everytime enemy misses you, they suffer damage.
Heretic - Spell/Negative Status Effect: Victim only gains half the hp from Heals.
Death Nova - Spell/Group only Enchantment: If ally dies with this spell in effect, their corpse explodes causing heavy damage to opposing target and their group.
Adept -
Empathy - Spell/Negative Status Effect: For every hit on the enemy, you take 1/4 the damage.
Life Bond - Spell/Group only Enchantment: When casted on a person, they recieve half damage and you recieve the other half.
Martyr - Spell/Group only Spell: All negative status effects in your party go to you. (For balance purposes, can only once once a fight?)
necromancer -
Instead of that class getting Raise Dead, which ressurrects players, I reccomend this instead.
Vengeance - Group only Spell: Ressurects a player for a short while, 5-7 ticks, with full health, full mana and stamina, and all the buffs in the caster's spell list. The downside. After the time is up, the player dies again, their waiting time to be alive again double (or triples) and they can't be ressurected.
Illusionist -
Ignorance - Spell: Both caster and victim cannot use physical skills for 1 tick.
Backfire - Spell/Negative Status Effect: The next spell cast either does damage or reverses the spell effect. I.E. If you cast poison, you would become poisoned.
Epidemic - Spell: Negative effects spread from target victim to other people in their group.
Confuse - Spell/Negative Spell Effect: Next 5 or 6 spell cast can affect anyone in the fight, including their group members.
Warlord--
Victory Strike - Skill/Attack: If this attack lands a killing blow, you gain Hitpoints.
Wild Swing - Skill/Attack: Low accuracy attack that does alot of damage when it connects.
Sever Artery - Slash weapon only skill: Will cause an opponent to bleed, losing blood until the skill "Bind" is used on them.

One thing I wanna promote heavily is group pvp. Because hey, almost everything is better when you're doing it with friends. Here are some more group exclusive skills.
Destroyer and Warlord –--
Avenge - Passive Skill: For every dead member of your party, you get a boost in defense and attack.
Belly Smash - Mace only Attack Skill: Only usuable on someone who is currently down, from a bash or whatever. When it hits, a cloud of smoke and blood flies up and blinds the victim's group members.
Warlord and Crusader ----
Defensive Cry - Skill like Warcry: Raises your groups Defense.
Defy Pain - Passive Skill: When Hitpoints reach or exceed 0, They will stand there, unable to move, attack or be healed, absorbing a number of attacks or a certain amount of damage before dying. Unless beheaded by a Destroyer. The number of attacks absorbed or damage limit before dying is decided by your percentage in the skill. 75% Would be like 2-3 rounds worth of attacks or something.

I will add in another one for illusionist:
Blur - decreases % chance you will be hit

I like a lot of these.
Epidemic is a good name for what the effect is, and it's a grea thing to be able to do.. but my only problem is that the name Epidemic sounds more towards evil, and it doesn't sound like the name of a skill an illusionist would have… I'm trying to think of another name for it that sounds more appropriate to the class. Maybe something along the lines of Mass Hysteria .. but replace Hysteria with a term that means something like people see others with a sickness and think they have it too. (is there such a word?)
Warlord stuff sounds great.. but Victory Strike may have too little practical use (but I really like Wild Swing).
Life Bond sounds awesome.
One thing about Price of Failure... it can't be counted towards attacks blocked by a defense, only outright misses.. because last I knew, combat consisted of mostly defended attacks (if I'm wrong, please correct me, since I don't know a huge amount about pk).
giving Warlord and Crusader a counterpart to Warcry is kind of unfair, seeing as Warcry does almost nothing since strength is easy to get to 25 without it.
Belly Smash sounds ... odd. It also sounds like it could only be used when the victim is dead. Avenge sounds good.
I really like Death Nova, but how it works would be inconsistent in how you want Belly Smash to work; BS implies that you're near to your group members, while DN does the exact opposite.
