Remort trains

How about if we had a remort-only skill to use the practices that pile up after everything is maxed? Maybe use trains to bring skills/spells over 75% instead of pracs, or have something where you can trade in surplus practices for something useful like qp, gold, pneuma etc - like we briefly had a trade in thing for dp? Much less likely to abuse since pracs are harder to comeby, and with remort only people won't be creating alts for the beginner's lump of practices
