    • Sith/Naga vuln
      Sith's being vulnerable to piercing has become such a handicap that the race is almost not worth playing anymore. Arrows and a vast majority of weapons in the game target it. Although this doesn't affect many people with the amount of siths that are played, it is still a problem because it puts players that do have siths at a huge disadvantage. I don't think races should have vulns to damage types at all, but this one either needs to be toned way down or plain removed. One shot from any decent arrow deals almost 4k damage to any sith, which is more hp than a lot of players have. This is the most restrictive and devistating vuln and it renders the entire race practically useless. I'd appreciate a response from an imm that can help with this situation or at least explain how it could be handled.

    • 'Who' suggestion
      This may seem rather trivial, but i think a 'who remort' 'who mort' command would be extremely handy. Oh, and a small nuisance is that now, thanks to RED!, we can't who vampire without getting his church list.

    • Remort Racial changes
      I was having a chat with Myth and it came to our attention that remort races really don't have a lot of differences from their mort race counterparts. With a couple of exceptions, actually, they are all the exact same. In light of this, I thought I'd throw a few suggestions out there that might make remort a bit more worth the time and effort.

      Changling - I think they should get a "Shift" upgrade, possibly be able to wear certain types of eq while shifted, or even limited weapons. Plus I think they should have the option to change into one of two or three different shifts. And since they are in fact "Changlings," I think they should be given access to the shape ability upon remort with a imitation cap of their remort level.

      Seraphs - I think Seraphs should have permanent sneak. It begins as a racial ability for all elves, but upon remort, it makes sense that it becomes a perm affect. I also think Seraphs should be one of the races that has wings upon remort that are accessible wear locations. Of course this means adding wing armor, but I think it's a good idea. And with wings should come the ability to fly at will as a skill.

      Dragons - Wing and tail armor slots should exist for Dragons, plus they should be able to also fly at will. I think some kind of "slash" ability should be added for them as I imagine a dragon's claw attack would be quite powerful. Also, I think they should have some kind of room spell ability, like Inferno or Ice Storm. They should be able to use their breath abilities to generate these affects.

      Colossus - I think that Colossus' should gain battle skill upgrades due to their size. Bash, circle, kick, etc should all be more powerful, but I don't think they should recieve any kind of magical benefits from remort. They are modeled as "big, dumb titans" so spell abilities wouldn't make sense.

      Berserker - I think Berserker's should have racial repair abilities equivilant to any smith. Their services would still count as a repair upon an item. I'm ignorant of Berserker abilities, but they should also get a Berserk ability that grants them 1-2 extra attacks a round for a limited amount of time and get an increase in damage, but makes them incapable of anything else, including casting, fleeing, speaking, etc. I think they should recieve an "appraisal" skill of some kind that will increase'decrease the value of items depending on their quality. All items and gems sell for the same amount, but after they have been appraised, it would increase or decrease their value depending on the craftsanship.

      Avatar - Avatars are in desperate need of abilities seeing as Humans don't get a single racial skill/spell/affect. Avatars should be another race that gets wings and gains the ability to fly at will. I also think they should be able to cast all low-level spells as skills. Any sapell level 5 or under should have no casting time whatsoever. I know that sounds a bit drastic, but Avatars have the most to complain about and the least compensation out of every race. I don't think that's a huge advantage. It's not like they'd be able to use Slow or Silence as an ability.

      Wraith - Liches are one ofthe races that start out with quite a few abilities. They realy don't require much on top of the things they can already do, but I think that any weapon that doesn't have some kind of affect flag, be it sharp, flaming, lightning, vampiric etc, should have no affect on wraiths due to their highly magical nature. Any weapon that is purely physical shouldn't affect them.

      Naga - Naga's definitely need a "constrict" ability of some kind. Sith's are already large humanoid snakes, I imagine Naga's as just being bigger, badder versions. Also, they should have racial "underwater breathing" and should be immune to all disease and poison affects. I also think they should be able to use their toxin ability as a ranged attack upon Remort.

      Hell Baron - Minotaurs are one of the races similar to Human, they don't start out with much and just don't get a lot down the road. I think Hell Baron's should have an improved charge, plus get a "gore" ability of some kind. Like the old circle, I think Gore should have two lines of damage, one for each horn. Also, instead of the flee ability, I think Hell Baron's should have a "stampede" ability that causes damage to all targets in a room if they flee.

      Fiend - Vampires are one of the races that also start out with quite a few abilities. Shape, Bite, Consume, Racial detects. There isn't a lot to ask for, but I have a couple ideas. For one, I think that a Fiend should stop taking damamge from sunlight. They aren't vampires anymore. Plus I think their shape ability should have a cumulative level cap. By the time a Fiend is 120, they should be able to imitate creatures level 240 or below. I think Fiend's should also have wings upon remort.

      Specter - Specter's should have permanent sneak as well, and I also think they should recieve wings. I also think they should recieve a "Scout" ability. It would cause a movement lag as if they were waliing through the ocean, but they would be alerted to DT's room traps, and hidden doors "*before* stepping into a room. Just being next to the room would trigger it. i.e. "You detect a death trap to the east."

      I also think all remort races should lose any damage type vulns they hav. i.e. blunt, pierce, slash, etc. due to their magical nature. Flaming, lightning, vampiric, etc, would still be applicable vulns. Just a couple thoughts, but I really feel that remort should change more than just your skills and spells.
