I'm not sure if it's supposed to work how it is, but the quest timer goes down 1 minute every 2 tics instead of every 1 tic. When you finish with a quest, your 5 minutes remaining until the next quest actually lasts 10 minutes. Not complaining, just wondering. :)

I don't think this is the case, however, I will look into it. I know that when it says you have 5 minutes, you actually have 6 (tick-wise) which works out to something like 6 ticks * 70-75 second ticks.
I'll look at this and get back to you though.

It seems to hang one one minute sometimes. That "You have one minute before you can quest again." occasionally lasts 15 minutes.

This reminds me… Why was the quest timer upped to 10 minutes instead of the old 5 minutes?

prolly for the same reason the death timer was raised from 5 minutes to 10

Bumping this up, was curious myself what was up with the quests, are they all set how they are supposed to be now?

I think this problem was in my list of fixes for the update… Let me know if it's not though.
