      My god. I was talking with some people and the subject of MUDs came up and this place came to mind. So I come home and search and lo and behold, the game is still running… amazing. I just wanted to stop by for nostalgia sake.

      You're more right than what you think. I just wish more classes got cool **effective** things as well. Like Sith having a faster health Regeneration rate or Draconians having a natural resist to weapons because of their scales.

      Actually, I like this idea, but a few other races should also get a boost in in the stats. Mino/Titan/Vam = STR Slayer/Drow = DEX Humans = All stats should be maxxed at 25 Dwarf/Sith/Dracon = CON Elf = INT Lich = WIS

      damn, make the vampire race more gimped why don't ya. How about along with a more effective stun, lets dismember the vampires so they have to fight without limbs! Then gauge their eyes out so they're permantly blind. And make it cast faerie fire automatically for good measure. And let's make this skill only use 4 stamina and you can spam it 10 times between rounds!

      well they still have their wings. You can always use the excuse that because the dracon's wings aren't as developed, it takes almost 3 times more stamina to stay airborne

      I think that's an awesome idea Dari! Shooooot, Dracons and Dragons should be able to fly anywhere, cause they be using their wings, not magic. So you can't use that stupid excuse that the ocean screws up your magic mojo and you plummet into the ocean :P

      yea, that's a problem with theme music. If it's crappy Midi music, people might just want to listen to it about once or twice, shut the thing off and put on their own music. We gotta try to add something that won't waste the artist's time and work.

      I think this is a wonderous idea Jaz. One of the few times I've ever really agreed with you :P As for the flags, I have a few additional ideas. For the fighter, the selected spells that require close contanct with a mob, all SUCK damage wise. Chill Touch and Burning Hands are the only spell that comes to mind. I suggest issuing more "Touch" spells. A few suggestions. Energy Drain, Plague, Shocking Hands, Stasis Touch (Puts the user and victim out of a few rounds of combat, or until the victim is struck) etc etc Oh, and for the Healer flag, allow them to cast their healing spells faster than the rest of the people in the group.

Which means you have to spam Heal everyone, which probably won't be enough since most people with high DR do around 1k a round.

      seriously, I don't know how much damroll Arkain has, but against him, you lose 1k hp a ROUND. That's freaking rediculous. 1 hit is 300 damage.
